Hello dear followers and good Tuesday,yesterday I told you that today I would show you an outfit post. 
The outfit is very cool and has almost nothing to do with the  beginning of autumn, but here in Campania in recent days, and perhaps even today, we have touched thirty degrees. 
The outfits that I’m going to show you is in shades of pastel pink combined with beige, not just because I like this color and fashionable but also because October is the month of breast cancer awareness and pink is the symbol . 
Obviously the choice of October because it’s a convention for the prevention of this type of tumor should always be there. 
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women and is the second leading cause of death among women between the ages of 35 and 75 years. 
The most important thing is the awareness of these campaigns, including that of the “Pink Ribbon” 

which shows how prevention can help millions of women around the world to prevent and overcome the toughest fight against this being 
evil that lurks in the most feminine and sensitive part of   a woman. 
A mammogram at least once a year is a test very simple but very important because  can save a life. 
Among other methods of prevention, there is the self-examination and a balanced diet that favors vegetable and fruit.

Buongiorno cari followers e buon martedì, già ieri vi avevo anticipato che oggi vi avrei mostrato un outfit post.
L’ outfit è molto fresco e non ha quasi nulla a che vedere con l’ inizio dell’ autunno ma qui in Campania negli scorsi giorni e, forse anche oggi, si sono sfiorati i trenta gradi.
L’ outfit che vado a mostrarvi è nei toni del rosa pastello abbinato al beige, questo non solo perchè questo colore mi piace ed è alla moda ma anche perchè Ottobre è il mese della prevenzione al cancro al seno ed il colore rosa ne è il simbolo.
Ovviamente la scelta di Ottobre è una convenzione perchè la prevenzione per questo tipo di tumore dovrebbe esserci sempre.
Il cancro alla mammella è il tumore più frequente nella popolazione femminile ed è la seconda causa di morte tra le donne in età tra i 35 e i 75 anni.
La cosa più importante resta la sensibilizzazione di queste campagne tra cui quella del “Nastro rosa” che dimostra come la prevenzione possa aiutare milioni di donne nel mondo a prevenire e a vincere la battaglia più dura contro questo essere 
maligno che si  annida nella parte più femminile e sensibile di una donna.
Una mammografia almeno una volta l’anno è un esame molto semplice ma davvero importante perchè può salvare una vita.
Tra gli altri metodi di prevenzione vi è  l’ autopalpazione ed un’ alimentazione equilibrata che privilegia vegetali e frutta.
